The Fund for Latino Scholarship, administered by the American Political Science Association (APSA), aims to encourage and support the recruitment, retention, and promotion of political science students and scholars who study and research Latina/o politics. The fund provides financial assistance and professional opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as scholars and faculty—especially those in contingent, junior-level, or tenure-track positions—whose primary academic focus is Latina/o politics. Grants may also support research projects, teaching, publishing activities, and institutional efforts to enhance student recruitment and retention in this field.
