    Description

    The Fund for the Triangle Responsive Grantmaking program is designed to help established nonprofits in North Carolina's Triangle region (Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties) navigate periods of organizational change and uncertainty. Selected organizations will participate in a cohort-based scenario-planning initiative, including virtual workshops and individualized coaching provided by Community Wealth Partners. The program aims to equip nonprofits with practical tools and customized scenario plans to build long-term resilience, maintain core services, and foster financial sustainability beyond the immediate grant period.
