--- ## Description This grant supports student participation in DigiQ Networking Events, part of the DigiQ: Digitally Enhanced European Quantum Technology Master project. The initiative aims to foster collaboration, professional growth, and networking among students within the DigiQ network by enabling them to attend in-person events across Europe. The program prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring accessibility and equal opportunity for students regardless of background or identity. Funding is managed by a consortium of European university partners and is intended to enhance students' exposure to the quantum technology community, promote knowledge exchange, and build professional connections. --- ## Due Dates - Application deadline: March 31, 2026, 17:00 (Brussels time) - Applications are accepted throughout the academic year until the program concludes or funds are exhausted. --- ## Funding Amount - Each student may receive: - Up to €500 for travel expenses per event - Up to €200 per day for accommodation and subsistence (up to €1,000 total per event) - Maximum of two events per student (€2,000 total) - Total program funding available: €925,000 - Up to 925 event attendances will be funded in total --- ## Eligibility - Applicants must be: - Enrolled in a DigiQ network or committed to joining at the next available date, or - Recent graduates of a DigiQ Master program with network certification - Funding is available for students from DigiQ partner institutions - Each student can attend up to two in-person networking events per year, regardless of the paying institution - Priority is given to students from underrepresented groups; at least 20% of funds are reserved for these applicants - Previous funding received must be disclosed in the application --- ## Application Process 1. Network events are advertised by host institutions to relevant DigiQ networks ([see events database](https://www.digiq.eu/track/database?tab=Network+Events)). 2. Event hosts indicate if funding is available and outline the application process. 3. Students submit a CV and motivational letter. 4. If host funding is unavailable, students should contact their local DigiQ coordinator for alternative funding options. 5. Eligibility is verified by the local representative. 6.
