    Description

This funding opportunity provides administrative support to states for the continued administration of the Mixed Earners Unemployment Compensation (MEUC) program under the CARES Act. While the MEUC program expired in September 2021, states continue to incur costs related to program integrity, fraud prevention, overpayment recovery, data retention, reporting, and audit/oversight activities. This grant enables states to sustain these critical activities as they close out and reconcile MEUC program operations.
