This opportunity funds the planning and implementation of the Arctic Exchange Program (AEP), designed to advance economic prosperity in Alaska (U.S.), Canada, and Greenland. The program focuses on two main themes: developing Arctic tourism and enhancing the resilience of critical minerals supply chains. The AEP consists of three short-term exchange activities, each hosted in one of the participating countries, engaging approximately 8–10 early- and mid-career professionals per cohort. The program aims to build professional capacity, foster new partnerships, and position the U.S. as a preferred partner in Arctic economic development.
