--- ## Description This opportunity supports the design and implementation of the Community College Administrator Program (CCAP), which introduces approximately 20 foreign higher education officials and senior administrators to best practices in U.S. community college administration. The awardee will deliver a maximum six-week program (October 2026–June 2027), including a virtual academic symposium and up to four weeks of in-person programming in the United States, featuring site visits, industry engagement, and a one-week executive dialogue.
