--- ## Description This program, managed by the U.S. Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS), aims to accelerate the transition of advanced marine, coastal, and Great Lakes observing technologies from the research phase into sustained, operational use. Funded projects should address persistent and emerging challenges in coastal observing, product development, and data management—focusing on technologies with demonstrated operators or customers committed to long-term integration and open data sharing.
