Description
This opportunity provides competitive funding to state, county, and local governments to enhance emergency response capabilities related to pipeline incidents involving gas or hazardous liquids. The goal is to improve preparedness and training for incidents in high consequence areas (HCAs), helping protect people, property, and the environment. Eligible activities include pipeline emergency response planning, training, exercises, curriculum development, and acquisition of training-specific equipment and supplies.
