Description
The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) One-Call Grant Program provides annual funding to eligible state agencies to enhance damage prevention efforts for underground pipelines. The grant supports activities such as compliance monitoring, enforcement, legal assistance, training, public education, and improvements to state underground damage prevention laws. The goal is to reduce excavation-related pipeline incidents, which are a leading cause of pipeline accidents in the United States.
