    Description

This opportunity funds the design and implementation of the FY 2026 Study of the U.S. Institutes Madeleine K. Albright Young Women Leaders Program (Albright SUSIs), administered by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The awardee will coordinate four intensive, five-week academic institutes for approximately 80 foreign undergraduate students (men and women, ages 18–25) in summer 2027, focusing on two core themes: Economic Prosperity and Growth (two institutes) and Governance and Security (two institutes).

Each institute consists of a four-week academic residency at a U.S. college or university and a one-week academic field experience in a different U.S. region. The program is designed to showcase American innovation and leadership in the chosen themes and must include robust follow-on engagement for participants after they return home. The awardee will oversee all aspects of program planning, subawards to host institutions, logistics, monitoring and evaluation, and alumni activities.
