Description
This opportunity supports a single U.S.-based nonprofit or higher education institution to administer the Fulbright Scholar Program for FY 2027. The program facilitates academic exchanges for approximately 970 U.S. scholars and professionals to lecture and/or conduct research overseas and about 1,025 international scholars to do the same in the United States. In addition to the core U.S. and Visiting Scholar Programs, the awardee manages special initiatives such as the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program, Global Scholars Program, International Education Administrator Seminars, Outreach Lecturing Fund, and research-based cohort programs aligned with U.S. government priorities. The program aims to foster mutual understanding, strengthen academic and professional ties, and promote cultural exchange worldwide.
