This opportunity supports a single U.S.-based nonprofit or higher education institution to administer the Fulbright Scholar Program for FY 2027. In addition to the core U.S. and Visiting Scholar Programs, the awardee manages special initiatives such as the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program, Global Scholars Program, International Education Administrator Seminars, Outreach Lecturing Fund, and research-based cohort programs aligned with U.S. government priorities.
