This funding opportunity, administered by the National Sea Grant College Program (NOAA), provides support for existing Sea Grant Programs to organize, participate in, or travel to workshops and professional meetings. The goal is to enhance the capacity of Sea Grant professionals to address priority topics, implement strategic plans, and foster collaboration within the Sea Grant network and with external partners. Projects must take place within the United States, its territories, or their respective waterways.
