This opportunity will fund a single cooperative agreement to operate the Runaway and Homeless Youth Training, Technical Assistance, and Capacity Building Center (RHYTTAC). The Center will deliver direct training and technical assistance to existing Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) program grantees and subrecipients to enhance their effectiveness in implementing Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB)-funded projects. Activities include developing interactive training products (for in-person and virtual use), disseminating evidence-based and best practices on issues affecting runaway and homeless youth, providing targeted technical assistance to RHY grantees and youth-serving organizations, and coordinating activities among RHY award recipients and partner organizations nationwide.
