Description
This grant supports Massachusetts high schools in making significant, rapid progress toward MassCore completion—a research-backed program of study designed to prepare students for postsecondary opportunities including college, workforce, and military paths. The funding enables selected high schools to collaborate with a consultant or vendor (at no cost to the district) to develop comprehensive MassCore implementation plans through intensive resource analysis, learning sessions, and coaching. The goal is to align academic experiences with rigorous higher education admission standards and ensure all students, especially those from high-need groups, have equitable access to postsecondary options.
