Description
This opportunity funds the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care services to medically underserved communities and populations throughout the United States and its territories. The program aims to improve access to care by supporting health centers that provide essential health services, with a focus on vulnerable and underserved groups. Each cycle, specific service areas available for competition are detailed in the Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT). Additional areas may be announced if an existing grantee cannot continue services in a funded area.
