Description
This funding opportunity supports the Health Center Program Service Area Competition (SAC), which aims to improve the health of medically underserved communities and populations. Grants are provided to organizations to deliver comprehensive, high-quality preventive and primary health care services in the United States and its territories. Each year, the Service Area Announcement Table (SAAT) identifies the service areas open for competition. Additional service areas may be announced throughout the year if an awarded health center is unable to continue providing services.
