Description
The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) administers these state-funded legislative earmarks for public school districts named in the FY27 state budget. The request for proposals governs four budget accounts—fund codes 0005, 0006, 7061, and 9611—rather than establishing one statewide project for all recipients.
Each district’s work is tied to its earmark language.
