Description
The FY2027 Youth and Family grant, part of the Alabama Public Library Service (APLS) Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Grant Program, funds projects that enhance library services for children, teens, and families throughout Alabama. This program encourages libraries to develop innovative programs, partnerships, and resources that address the educational, recreational, and informational needs of young people and their families, including underserved populations. Eligible projects may include literacy initiatives, family engagement programs, outreach to at-risk youth, and partnerships with local organizations.
