--- ## Description This opportunity provides a cooperative agreement to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) under the FY2026 Continuing Appropriations Act. The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) will make $427,739,036 available to Amtrak to support operating expenses, capital investments, and debt service for the National Network, including Northeast Corridor and State-supported/long-distance routes. Funds are available until January 31, 2029, or until expended.
