--- ## Description This grant supports Smiles Across Montana’s (SAM) pilot program to improve oral health access for vulnerable populations in Lincoln, Glacier, and Big Horn Counties, Montana—regions with high poverty and limited dental services. The initiative focuses on recruiting and training Community Healthcare Workers (CHWs) from within these communities to deliver culturally sensitive education, preventive care, and referrals, leveraging teledentistry and local partnerships.
