--- ## Description The Gladys Brooks Foundation provides competitive grants to advance innovative projects in libraries, educational institutions, and hospitals or clinics. The Foundation prioritizes capital construction, endowments, and equipment that enable broader public access to information, high-quality education, and improved health outcomes. Funding is focused on projects that are not eligible for governmental or other outside support and that will be primarily funded by the Foundation's grant.
