Description
This opportunity, issued by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD), funds projects that advance the America First Global Health Strategy. The program supports a wide range of global health priorities, including strengthening health systems, improving epidemic preparedness, supporting implementation of bilateral health Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and fostering country self-reliance. Funding is issued through an Annual Program Statement (APS) and awarded via specific Addenda, which define country or thematic priorities. Projects may address integrated health service delivery, digital health, supply chains, laboratory systems, surveillance, and more. Applicants submit a brief Statement of Interest (SOI) in response to a relevant Addendum; selected organizations are invited to submit a full proposal.
