Description
This opportunity, offered by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD), provides funding to advance the America First Global Health Strategy. The Annual Program Statement (APS) enables the Department to identify and support projects that fill gaps or extend bilateral Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner governments. Funding is allocated via specific Addenda, each outlining a distinct health priority area, such as child protection, rapid outbreak response, or health system strengthening in target countries. Applicants must submit a Statement of Interest (SOI) in response to an active Addendum; selected applicants are then invited to submit a full application.
