Description
This opportunity, managed by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Global Health Security and Diplomacy (GHSD), provides a flexible, multi-window funding mechanism to advance global health security and strengthen health systems in partner countries. The program, structured as an Annual Program Statement (APS), issues a series of country- and thematic-specific Addenda that outline priority areas for investment—ranging from integrated service delivery and digital health to surveillance, outbreak response, and health system transition. Projects are expected to align with the America First Global Health Strategy, focusing on saving lives, enhancing efficiency, fostering country self-reliance, and ensuring U.S. investments contribute to American and global safety and prosperity.
Applicants submit a concise Statement of Interest (SOI) in response to a specific Addendum during one of several annual submission windows.
