--- ## Description The Alex C. Walker Foundation funds projects that use market-based approaches to address economic imbalances and promote a sustainable economy. The Foundation seeks to support investigations into the causes of economic imbalances—particularly those related to ecosystem services, climate change, energy security, food production, and other environmental issues—as well as research into the effects of the global financial system and monetary policy on sustainability. Projects should explore or develop market-oriented solutions and must include a plan to disseminate findings.
