--- ## Description The Grant Opportunities for Academic Liaison with Industry (GOALI) program aims to stimulate university-industry partnerships by providing project funding, fellowships, and traineeships to support diverse collaborations between academia and industry. GOALI emphasizes high-risk/high-gain projects, fundamental research, innovative approaches to generic problems, the development of collaborative educational programs, and the direct transfer of new knowledge between academe and industry.
