Funding Amounts: Up to $3,000 (Level 1) | Up to $7,500 (Level 2) | Up to $15,000 (Level 3); one grant per level per association per year; reimbursement model.

The REALTOR® Party offers a suite of grants to support state and local REALTOR® associations in their efforts to foster advocacy, community engagement, public policy involvement, and strategic initiatives impacting real estate. These grants empower associations to lead projects such as affordable housing initiatives, placemaking and public space creation, smart growth, fair housing, rural outreach, and fundraising for advocacy and political action. The program is designed to strengthen associations’ roles as community leaders and advocates for property ownership and housing opportunity.
