--- ## Description This program provides renewal funding for organizations delivering transportation services to veterans residing in highly rural areas, enabling them to access medical care in a timely manner. The grant is part of the Veterans Transportation Program and is designed to continue support for existing grantees with demonstrated success and compliance in serving veterans’ transportation needs.
