    Description

    This grant program provides funding for the maintenance and improvement of existing outdoor residential camp facilities across Oregon. Its goal is to ensure that children, especially those participating in Outdoor School programs, have ongoing access to safe, inclusive, and high-quality outdoor educational experiences. Funds may be used for structural repairs, accessibility upgrades, hazard prevention, grounds upkeep, and essential staff positions related to maintenance. Priority is given to camps that serve 5th and 6th grade Outdoor School programs, are geographically dispersed, and reflect strong commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
