This award provides higher education administrators from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) the opportunity to participate in a fully funded, two-week Fulbright International Education Administrators (IEA) seminar in France and Senegal. The program is designed to offer first-hand insight into the higher education systems, policies, and current issues in both countries through briefings, campus visits, networking events, and meetings with local educational professionals and government officials. Participants will engage in cross-cultural learning, knowledge exchange, and network development, supporting the internationalization goals of their home institutions and laying the groundwork for future academic partnerships.
