Supports Massachusetts community organizations to build capacity and systems for delivering housing and nutrition services as MassHealth managed care providers.

--- ## Description This opportunity is designed to help Massachusetts community-based organizations (CBOs) become MassHealth managed care providers capable of delivering housing and nutrition services to eligible MassHealth members. The fund aims to increase organizational knowledge and capacity, support technology upgrades, and implement the systems necessary for participation as Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Providers.
