Description
This award recognizes individuals who have made significant, innovative contributions to the field of pedology, as evidenced by a single peer-reviewed publication (journal article or book chapter) within the last five years. Supported by the Advancing Pedology Lectureship Fund and administered by the Soil Science Society of America (SSSA), the award aims to encourage excellence and leadership in soil formation, classification, morphology, genesis, and mapping. Recipients are expected to present their work at the Advancing Pedology Colloquium during the ASA-CSSA-SSSA International Annual Meeting.
