    This program provides funding for High Impact Specialized Innovation Programs (SIPs) to advance unique capabilities, research platforms, or resources at Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) Program Hubs. The goal is to address urgent or persistent barriers in clinical and translational science, enabling rapid progress and future adoption or dissemination of successful approaches across the CTSA network. Applications are limited to eligible CTSA UM1 hub institutions, and the initiative is designed as a limited competition among those hubs.
