Description
This program provides competitive grants for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Tribally Controlled Colleges and Universities (TCCUs) to implement significant, transformative improvements in research and development infrastructure. Supported activities include enhancing research productivity, faculty expertise, graduate programs, physical and digital infrastructure, human capital development, and partnerships to increase sustained external funding. Projects should align with national workforce and research priorities, including technological leadership and advanced manufacturing.
