Description
The Hitchcock Foundation Registered Nurse (RN) Grants are designed to foster the professional growth of Dartmouth Health registered nurses by supporting their engagement in research or quality improvement projects. The program encourages nurses from all departments and disciplines to propose initiatives that advance their areas of expertise, with a particular emphasis on projects addressing Institute of Medicine (IOM) quality domains: safety, effectiveness, person-centeredness, timeliness, equity, or efficiency. The grants aim to promote innovative, evidence-based nursing practice and enhance healthcare delivery and patient outcomes within the Dartmouth Health system.
