Description
The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC) seeks proposals from qualified public, private, and nonprofit organizations to deliver evidence-based home visiting services aimed at improving maternal, infant, and early childhood outcomes. The initiative is designed to strengthen family well-being and reduce disparities by supporting innovative, high-impact approaches to home visitation, with an emphasis on prenatal and infant enrollment, coordinated statewide service delivery, and measurable results for Connecticut families.
