The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide evidence-based home visiting services aimed at improving maternal, infant, and early childhood outcomes throughout Connecticut. This initiative supports the implementation of research-driven home visiting models to promote healthy development, strengthen families, and reduce disparities in early childhood outcomes.
