Description
The Connecticut Office of Early Childhood (OEC) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide evidence-based home visiting services aimed at improving maternal, infant, and early childhood outcomes throughout Connecticut. This initiative supports the implementation of research-driven home visiting models to promote healthy development, strengthen families, and reduce disparities in early childhood outcomes. Selected providers will deliver services that prioritize prenatal and infant enrollment, engage priority populations, and participate in a coordinated statewide system with centralized intake and referral.
