--- ## Description This opportunity funds the Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP), Incarcerated Veterans’ Transition Program (IVTP), and the Homeless Women Veterans' and Homeless Veterans' with Children Reintegration Grant Program (HWVHVWC). These programs are designed to support America’s veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness by providing comprehensive employment and training services. Funded projects are expected to deliver client-centered case management, job training, job placement, career counseling, and employment preparation, as well as establish connections to community support resources.
