The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship supports accomplished mid-career professionals from Israel for a year of non-degree graduate-level study, professional development, and networking at select U.S. universities. The program aims to foster leadership skills, public service, and mutual understanding, placing Fellows in multidisciplinary groups for academic coursework and tailored professional experiences. Fellows participate in workshops, conferences, and professional placements, building lasting international networks and enhancing their capacity for leadership in their home country.
