Description
The I Tatti Fellowship provides fifteen annual residential fellowships for advanced post-doctoral research in any aspect of the Italian Renaissance, broadly defined as the period from the 14th to the 17th century and including transnational dialogues between Italy and other cultures. Fellows join a vibrant scholarly community at Villa I Tatti in Florence, benefiting from access to the Berenson Library’s extensive resources and participating in interdisciplinary seminars, workshops, and cultural activities. The fellowship emphasizes collegial academic exchange, requiring fellows to present their research in progress and to engage fully in the intellectual life of the center.
