Initiated by the IADR Women in Science Network and managed by the International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR), the award provides financial support to advance the mentee’s research and career development. Funds are intended to cover the mentee's stipend, research expenses, and travel to the IADR General Session & Exhibition, where both mentor and mentee are expected to participate and receive the award.
