Description
The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets is soliciting bids from qualified entities to provide, install, operate, maintain, and service automatic teller machines (ATMs) or cash dispensing units at the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse, NY. The selected contractor will be the exclusive provider of ATM services during the annual State Fair, beginning with the 2026 event. The contract will run from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2031, covering all annual State Fairs during this period. The Fairgrounds encompass a 375-acre site and attract significant visitor traffic during the Fair.
