Supports efforts to prevent the transfer of advanced, dual-use technologies to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) by strengthening supply chain controls and engaging both public and private sector stakeholders.

--- ## Description This opportunity funds projects that help government and private sector entities take effective measures to prevent the flow of advanced technologies to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), particularly those technologies that could enhance the CCP’s military, technological, or economic dominance. Activities should focus on strengthening the capabilities of authorities in key economies along the supply chain of critical technologies, utilizing supply chain transparency controls (STCs) and related measures to block the CCP and its affiliates from acquiring weaponizable and dual-use technologies. Additionally, projects should engage private sector organizations and other relevant entities involved in developing or producing artificial intelligence models, advanced semiconductors, quantum information science and technology, and related fields.
