Description
This opportunity provides funding for a cooperative agreement to implement four Global Cooperation and Training Framework (GCTF) Classic workshops in Taiwan during 2027. The GCTF is a platform for capacity building, bringing together government officials, industry experts, academics, and civil society to exchange practical experience and foster professional cooperation on emerging regional and global issues. Workshop topics will be jointly identified by GCTF partners and may include resilience, emerging technologies, economic security, trusted supply chains, democratic governance, and other shared priorities.
The selected recipient will serve as the implementation partner, responsible for comprehensive operational and administrative support, including venue coordination, participant registration, travel logistics, interpretation, AV services, workshop materials, vendor management, site visits, monitoring and evaluation, and grant reporting. Most workshops are expected in Taipei, with one in southern Taiwan. The project aims to strengthen international cooperation, promote policy dialogue, improve continuity across GCTF programming, and advance practical exchanges among key stakeholders.
