--- ## Description This funding opportunity aims to develop, enhance, and coordinate programs and activities to improve outcomes for child and youth victims of sex and labor trafficking. The grant supports the creation and implementation of a statewide or Tribal jurisdiction-wide strategic plan to address challenges in identifying and serving these victims, as well as in investigating and prosecuting traffickers.
