Description
This grant opportunity, supported by Pfizer Inc. in partnership with the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the Bristol-Myers Squibb Alliance, invites proposals for quality improvement (QI) initiatives aimed at enhancing the diagnosis, treatment, and management of venous thromboembolism (VTE) within primary care settings in the United States.
