--- ## Description The Industrial Lands Technical Assistance Grant is a one-time, pilot initiative funded by the Oregon Strategic Reserve Fund and administered by Business Oregon. The program aims to increase the inventory of project-ready industrial sites across Oregon and accelerate private investment, particularly in key traded sectors such as advanced manufacturing, technology production, outdoor gear and apparel, bioscience, forestry and wood products, and food and beverage. This grant supports non-construction, technical assistance activities that help move industrially zoned land toward readiness for future development and job creation. --- ## Due Dates - May 1, 2023: Full application submission deadline (applications accepted March 6, 2023 through May 1, 2023; no applications accepted after 5:00 pm May 1, 2023) --- ## Funding Amount - Grants range from **$25,000 to $100,000** per project. - Total program funding: **$1 million** (one-time, pilot funding). - Project duration: **8–12 months** (or until funds are expended). - All project activities and reporting must be completed by **August 31, 2024**. --- ## Eligibility Eligible applicants include: - **Cities, counties, port districts, and other municipal entities** responsible for industrial land development in Oregon. - **Private landowners** (individuals, trusts, cooperatives, or organizations) who own industrially zoned land and have support from the relevant local municipality. - **Federally recognized tribes.** - **Council of Governments, Economic Development Organizations, Economic Development Districts, and other 501(c)(6) entities** with support from the local municipality responsible for the industrial land.
