Description
The Innovation Ecosystem Development Program (IEDP) from the Maine Technology Institute (MTI) is a competitive grant opportunity for mission-driven organizations working to enhance Maine’s innovation landscape. The program invests in organizations that develop, implement, or expand programs and initiatives supporting the formation, growth, and scaling of innovation-driven companies across Maine. Eligible projects should align with one or more of MTI’s seven targeted technology sectors and demonstrate a clear benefit to Maine’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as stimulating new company formation or supporting the growth of existing businesses.
The IEDP prioritizes proposals that foster a thriving innovation ecosystem, catalyze economic impact, and complement existing resources in Maine’s technology sectors.
