Description
This opportunity from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) aims to accelerate and expand the water workforce pipeline by funding projects that provide education, training, and career opportunities in the drinking water and wastewater utility sectors. The program is authorized under the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) Section 1459E and seeks to address critical workforce gaps, foster innovative approaches, and increase public awareness of water utility careers—especially in rural, small, and tribal communities.
