Description
This grant opportunity assists Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in The Rapides Foundation Service Area to evaluate and enhance the integration of behavioral health services within their primary care settings. The program supports a structured organizational assessment, identification of improvement areas, and development of a strategic plan for advancing behavioral health service access and quality. The process includes technical assistance and consultation and is designed to position organizations for subsequent implementation funding. Completion of this assessment and planning grant is a prerequisite for applying to the IBH Implementation Grant.
