--- ## Description This opportunity provides funding to implement and manage the Integrated Food Safety System (IFSS) Regulatory and Laboratory Training System (RLTS) National Coordination Center (NCC) and Learning Management System (LMS). The aim is to ensure that IFSS partners—including federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies—have access to standardized, high-quality training and resources, supporting a well-trained human and animal food (HAF) regulatory and laboratory workforce across the United States. The awardee will be responsible for: - Managing and maintaining the RLTS NCC and LMS. - Reviewing, standardizing, and mapping training content to National Curriculum Standards (NCS). - Developing, delivering, and facilitating access to training courses and learning resources. - Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of training. - Ensuring sustainability of the NCC and LMS, including development of a long-term operations plan. The FDA will maintain substantial involvement in the project, providing scientific oversight, subject matter expertise, and policy guidance. --- ## Due Dates - Application deadline: **August 1, 2025** (by 11:59 PM local time of applicant organization) No letter of intent is required.
