The Intercultural Development Learning Community is a cohort-based professional development program designed for community engagement professionals and practitioners at Campus Compact member institutions. The curriculum is rooted in cultural humility and focuses on advancing participants’ intercultural competence through self-reflection, collaborative learning, and use of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)—a validated assessment tool.
